Meet Caroline

Clinical Pharmacist. Entrepreneur. Business builder.

Someone who knows how powerful the right opportunity can be.

Caroline Glenn, PharmD, has been a pharmacist for 18 years and an entrepreneur for 15.

Over the years, she has built multimillion-dollar businesses, led teams responsible for approximately $15 million in sales, mentored more than 2,000 business owners, developed leaders, and helped women learn how to create businesses of their own. She knows what it takes to build, and she knows how much the right training and support can change the experience for someone getting started.

In her clinical work, Caroline cares for people with complex health needs, many of them older adults receiving care at home. Her work with EllieMD has given her another way to serve people, helping women learn about their options and take a more active role in their health. She finds it incredibly rewarding to be able to make a difference earlier in her clients’ health journeys, when she feels she can make a significant difference. She is passionate about teaching other women how to build businesses that give them the chance to serve people in this way.

Today, she brings her business experience to Impact Collective. Some of the women she works with are experienced creators or social sellers. Others are ready to learn. A medical background isn’t required. Caroline is drawn to people who care about the people they serve, take initiative, and want to build something they can be proud of. She brings practical training, useful systems, and personal support as they get started.

When EllieMD came into her life, she looked at it as an experienced business builder who is also in the medical field. She saw the incredible demand for peptides, yet too few safe options for patients, and recognized EllieMD as an opportunity to bridge that gap.

Caroline saw an industry that was changing quickly, a company positioned in the middle of that change, and an opportunity to take everything she had learned over the years and build something incredibly substantial with it.

Caroline meets you where you are, and she matches the effort you bring.

Across the businesses she’s built over the past 15 years, Caroline has mentored more than 2,000 people. She still loves the moment someone makes a first sale or realizes they’re capable of building something of their own. She knows what a difference it makes to have a clear first step, someone to ask when you get stuck, and a leader who pays attention to what you’re actually doing.

After you join, Caroline has an initial call with you and helps you begin the team’s four-week onboarding. As you work through it, you’ll have the opportunity to meet with Caroline weekly or every other week, depending on your needs and schedule as you progress. If you’re ready to move quickly, she’ll make time to work with you at that pace. If you have fewer hours to give, she’ll help you use them well.

Caroline has built businesses herself, and she shares the systems, training, and lessons that came from doing the work. She wants you to learn how to make decisions, follow through with people, and grow into the kind of business owner you want to become.

How You Create Impact and Income

EllieMD has a very generous compensation plan that pays Brand Partners for the client relationships they build and, if they choose, the teams they develop. You can focus on the affiliate business only, or add team building and mentorship if you choose to.

01 / Affiliate

Build a client business

Share your EllieMD link and help interested clients connect with the platform. When a client you referred makes a purchase, you earn commissions for the months covered by that purchase.

Here’s an example: a client orders a three-month option in September and pays for it at one time. You’re paid a commission in September, October, and November from that purchase. If the client renews for another three months, the commissions continue for those next three months. As long as the client continues renewing, those monthly payments continue.

Now imagine you’re continuing to bring in new clients while serving the clients you already have. The monthly commissions from those relationships have the potential to build on one another over time. Clients may stop or change their orders, of course, but you can see why taking good care of those relationships matters.

EllieMD’s licensed providers handle medical care and prescribing. Your role is to connect clients with the platform and support them along the way.

02 / Affiliate Plus

Choose to mentor a team

You can keep building your client business and choose to mentor a team as well. Invite people you’d be excited to work with, help them learn how to serve their own clients, and support them as they build. Team building is entirely optional.

There’s no requirement for how you use it. She chooses to use hers toward the payment on her dream car, which she affectionately calls her “Ellie car.”

You’ll start with a short application so Caroline can learn a little about you and what you’re hoping to build. She reviews each one herself. If it looks like there could be a good fit, she’ll reach out to arrange a conversation.

A Conversation With Caroline

You’ll talk about your experience, your goals, and what the business involves. You can ask the questions you need to ask before deciding whether to move forward.

A Clear Place to Start

If you decide to join, Caroline will have an initial call with you and help you get into the Shots of Joy onboarding system. It walks you through your first four weeks, with training and a 30-day launch plan you can follow at a pace that works for you.

Tools You Can Actually Use

You’ll have access to the team’s training and calls, along with Impact OS, the system Caroline created for her team. It helps you keep track of the people you’re talking with, see who needs a follow-up, and know what to work on next. There’s also an optional CRM if your business needs one.

Caroline Alongside You

As you work through onboarding, you’ll have the opportunity to meet with Caroline weekly or every other week, depending on your needs and schedule. You can bring her your questions, talk through what’s working, and get help with your next steps. Her support continues as you build.
