A little about me
Hi, I’m Caroline.
I’ve been a pharmacist for 18 years, and I got into this space because I needed help myself.
I had lost 50 pounds before. I knew what to do. Then I gained 30 pounds back during a really stressful season of life, and when I tried to lose it again, the things that had worked before weren’t working anymore.
I was also dealing with perimenopause, brain fog, low energy, night sweats and migraines.
So I started looking for answers.
That’s eventually what led me here.
And now I get to use my clinical experience and my own experience to help other women understand what’s available to them too.
